Training and Placement Agreement for Jobaskit Trainings

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jobaskit Training (https://training.jobaskit.com), a division of Makos Infotech Pvt. Ltd., focused on skill development, certification, and placement assistance for learners across India. This policy outlines the terms governing all training programs, certifications, and placement support services offered by Jobaskit.

2. Definitions

• “Jobaskit”: Refers to Jobaskit Training, operated by Makos Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
• “Learner” or “Trainee”: Any individual enrolled in a Jobaskit training program.
• “Course”: Structured curriculum (online/offline) offered by Jobaskit.
• “TCA”: Training & Certification Agreement signed at enrollment.
• “Placement Guarantee”: Job support offered under specific course conditions.
• “Internship”: Practical learning component in select programs.
• “Certified”: Learner has met all completion criteria and passed assessments.

3. Training & Certification Agreement (TCA)

All students must digitally sign the TCA before course access. It governs payment, code of conduct, academic honesty, and placement eligibility. Violations can lead to access suspension and certificate withholding.

4. Course Delivery Modes

• Self-paced modules via LMS
• Live instructor-led sessions through Zoom or Meet
• Hybrid access with recorded content and mentor hours

Course access is limited-time and may require reactivation on request.

5. Certification Issuance Rules

• Minimum 90% content completion
• All quizzes, assignments, and projects submitted
• Passed final assessments
• No plagiarism or misconduct

6. Placement Guarantee Policy

Offered only where explicitly mentioned. Conditions:

• 100% course and assessment completion
• Minimum 30 job applications/month
• Attendance in mock interviews and career readiness sessions

Guarantee ends on 3 offers or 6 months of support, whichever is earlier.

7. Placement Support Scope

• Resume building, LinkedIn review
• Mock interviews and aptitude prep
• Job alerts and curated opportunities
• Guided application support

Jobaskit does not promise job type, salary, or location unless specifically mentioned.

8. Program-specific Conditions

Programs may include additional criteria like:

• Tool-based assessments
• Mentorship hours
• Capstone projects

9. Internship & Project Guidelines

Internships, where offered, may be real-time, remote, or simulated. Stipends depend on company. Projects must be original; plagiarism will disqualify you from certification or internship eligibility.

10. Academic Integrity Clause

• All submissions must be original
• No impersonation or cheating in assessments
• Violations lead to account suspension or legal action

11. Code of Conduct

• Professional behavior expected at all times
• No harassment, offensive language, or misuse of tools
• Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension

12. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

• Full or EMI options available
• No refund after 7 days of course start
• Late payments may lead to suspension of access and services
• Refund terms as per our Refund Policy

13. Grievance Redressal Procedure

Resolution within 7 business days; escalation handled within 21 days.

14. Liability & Indemnity

Jobaskit is not liable for third-party tool malfunctions, learner underperformance, or employment outcomes beyond explicitly guaranteed programs. Learners indemnify Jobaskit for all misuse, impersonation, or breach of TCA.

15. Agreement Acceptance & Jurisdiction

By enrolling, you accept all policies listed herein. This agreement is governed under Indian law and falls within Chennai jurisdiction. Disputes above ₹50,000 may be subject to arbitration.
