1. Introduction

By accessing the training portal, enrolling in a course, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Learners

2.3 Training Partnership Program Participants

3. Definitions

• Training User: Individual enrolled in any course
• Instructor: Authorized mentor delivering modules
• Certification: Verified proof of completion

4. Registration & Account Security

• Create accounts with valid email
• Secure credentials, report breaches
• Only one account unless authorized

5. Services Provided

• Live & self-paced courses, LMS access
• Interview prep, projects, resume workshops
• 3rd-party integrations: Zoom, Google Meet, GitHub

6. Course Access & Duration

Duration varies. Revoked for inactivity/policy breach. Extensions available with fee.

7. Training Code of Conduct

• Respectful interaction
• No sharing of login credentials
• Professional conduct on forums

8. Instructor Guidelines

• Respect learner confidentiality
• Adhere to syllabus and schedule

9. Intellectual Property

All course content is property of Jobaskit. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Payments, Refunds & EMI

11. Certification & Evaluation

Tracked via LMS. Reassessment allowed twice. Fraud leads to disqualification.

12. Placement Support

Eligibility: attendance, project completion, resume approval. Domestic placement only unless stated. No job type/salary/location guarantee.

13. Suspension & Termination

Three-strike policy. Serious breaches = immediate suspension.

14. External Tools

Use platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp, Hotjar. Ensure compatibility. No session recording allowed.

15. Data Use & Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy. No data resale. Logs maintained.

16. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for device/internet failure. No refund for underperformance or misuse.

17. Amendments

18. Jurisdiction

Under Indian law. Chennai court jurisdiction. Arbitration for disputes > ₹50,000.

19. Accessibility
